We get our greatest inspiration from regular people all over the world. Street style is fresh, innovative and rarely boring. With the introduction of the internet, many people are using tools such as MySpace to launch modeling careers. We are looking for the BEST representative of Pink Addict style. What does that mean? We love:

1. Crazy hair and tattoos
2. Over the Top styling and make up
3. Unique clothing
4. Oh yeah, and a LOVE FOR THE COLOR PINK!

We are offering up this fabulous “starter kit” for the winner of our Pinkest Model contest. These are all great pieces that alternative models can use for shoots, appearances, video blogs, whatever you see fit! This package is valued at almost $200, so this is no wimpy prize. In addition, we’ll post any photos/photo shoots you do in these garments to our MySpace and blog. This is GREAT exposure for an up and coming model. We are also hoping to develop a relationship to send even more clothing for this person to model, so the possibilities don’t stop here! This contest is open to any size, gender, and age, so don’t be afraid to participate.

How will this go down? First, we need applicants. Send us 2 images (one close up and one full length), contact information (email address, general location), and a blurb about why you are the best candidate for the Pink Addict Model Rep to our email at: info@pink-addict.com. Please include ALL OF THESE ELEMENTS LISTED or we will reject the application. We’ll put up ALL of the correct entries on our MySpace and open up the voting to the public (via picture comments) for 1 week. The top 5 contestants will go into the finalist round. The final choice will be selected by the Pink Addict staff and will receive the grand prize!

All entries must be received by July 6th. We will put them up at that time and open up the voting to the public. Voting will end July 14th and the winner will be announced shortly thereafter.

Pink Lust: Barbie's Malibu Dream House

So when I heard the news that there was a REAL BARBIE MALIBU DREAM HOUSE, I had to see just what wonders were brewing inside it's walls. With Jonathan Adler at the design head, I knew it could be magical...and it does not disappoint. Put together for her 50th Birthday, the house is any pink fan's wet dream. Covered in her signature color, there's an entire closet filled with pink heels, tulle skirted chairs, and more whimsical decor than I've ever seen packed into one room. Adorable Pink Owl Goodies at Target! This Valentine's collection so freakin' Kawaii it hurts. I personally have the mugs, plates, placemats, and stuffed owl. There's a decent variety out there and they are ONLY AVAILABLE at the actual Target stores.


This coffee table/bench is so swank! At an almost $2,000 price point, it'd have to be. *sigh* Chalk this one up for a future pink dream house!
